This 2-day conference will provide a basic overview of forest sustainability with Nationally known speakers. The first day will focus on the "definition" of sustainability and the second day will highlight ongoing examples where concepts of sustainability are demonstrated.

The conference has been designed to generate greater understanding of the factors that influence sustainability and to enhance common ground in community-based discussions of forests and forestry.
