The cost is $13.50 per person (round trip).

Description: We will photograph Fort McDowell (East Garrison) and the Immigration Station (North Garrison) on Angel Island State Park. After arriving by ferry around 11:15 AM we will first walk about 1 ½ miles on a paved road to Fort McDowell. On this site there are many old building that can be photographed inside and out. The old administrative center and hospital are here. The walk will also include many nice vistas of the northern SF bay. From Fort McDowell we will walk to the Immigration Station at China Cove. This is where the immigrants were detained, sometimes for months. We will try to arrange a tour of the Immigration Station Museum where poems written on the walls by detainees can be seen. We will plan to return to Tiburon on the 4:20 PM ferry. Arrival time back in Sacramento should be around 6:30 PM.
