Photography Evening Hike (1A)
We will photograph the Cosumnes River Preserve at sunset. This will be a
slow hike to allow for people to take photographs along the way. We will
photograph the river and/or beautiful oak trees at sunset. Sunset is
at 7:50 pm and then we will hike
out after that- bring a flash light.
Where: Cosumes River
Preserve located off I-5 near Elk Grove. There are oak trees, wetlands, the
Cosumnes River
and lots of birds and wildlife to see and photograph.
Date: Tuesday, April 24th, 2007
Time: 5:30 pm till after
sunset around 8:30 pm.
Hiking: an easy 2-4 mile loop trail round trip, depending on how far we
want to go.

Deer Creek Hills.
Photography hike at Deer Creek Hills on Tuesday, May 8th. This
will be a slow hike and it is intended to allow people to take photographs
along the way. We will have an opportunity to photograph the
beautiful oak trees on rolling hills at sunset. Sunset is at 8:04 p.m. and we'll hike out after that, so
bring a flash light. Wear hiking boots and bring sunscreen, insect

Where: Deer Creek is located 8 miles south of Folsom near Rancho
Murieta.

and Stonehouse Road at 6:00 p.m. and carpooling from there in
